"Clean room with check in exactly at 3pm. It is fairly small but that was expected. Feels like a hotel room with the sink and shower being right in the room and not much privacy. Overall good place for a night or two."

"The staff at this hotel were so lovely and helpful. I really appreciated them. The hotel itself is in a great location and the views of Lake Lucerne from my balcony were fantastic. I did find the breakfast which I paid for very strange--they charged for everything, even taking a piece of fruit with you. Also, be aware that it's not accessible. You have to climb stairs with your luggage. But once you're on the ground floor, there is an elevator. It's a bit expensive for what you get, in my opinion, especially when it's not in the center of the old town or near the train station."
