This 41m² apartment offers you a pleasant living room / kitchen opening onto a west-facing balcony with outdoor furniture and electric barbecue.

The living room has a pull-out sofa bed (sleeps 2 90x190) with television and DVD player, a dining area, a kitchen equipped with fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave and mini oven.

A bedroom with double bed (two single beds 90x190 side by side) and a large storage cupboard.

A bathroom with separate bath and toilet.

In the entrance, you will also find a storage cupboard as well as a sleeping area closed by a curtain with a bunk bed (two beds 90x190) and a window.

Un appartement au très mauvais rapport qualité prix

L'appartement présentait plutôt bien sur l'annonce. Mais on est loin de l'appartement idéal dans la réalité. - la porte d'entrée se dilate, si bien qu'il est très compliqué d'ouvrir et de fermer la porte le matin (mon conjoint a parfois mis un quart d'heure pour fermer la porte, personnellement, je n'y suis jamais arrivée), ce qui pose un véritable problème de sécurité. - les deux placards où l'on pensait pouvoir ranger nos affaires sont quasiment inutilisables. Le premier dans le salon est encombré par les affaires des propriétaires et les ustensiles de cuisine... le second dans l'entrée s'ouvre et se ferme très difficilement : les portes sont mal montées et l'une des deux se démonte à moitié. A chaque fois que vous manipulez les portes, elles coulissent très difficilement en émettant un son strident. Elles sont à deux doigts de se démonter.- la machine à laver ne fonctionne pas : le tambour ne tourne pas et l'eau ne chauffe pas (on a dû essorer du linge sale...).- le four à micro-ondes obsolète chauffe en émettant une odeur plus qu'inquiétante. On a préféré pour notre sécurité ne pas l'utiliser.- la piscine ressemble plus à une pataugeoire qu'à une piscine. Bref, le logement n'est nullement à la hauteur de ce que vous déboursez. Nous avons bien évidemment averti l'agence des problèmes que nous rencontrions (porte d'entrée, machine à laver) mais aucun des problèmes n'a été résolu et aucun effort commercial n'a été réalisé.
