    With stunning 360 degree views from the Roof Terrace, you can sit in 1 of the 3 different seating or sun-lounge areas and relax after your busy days’ site-seeing of ancient Thebes, which of course, should include Luxor and Karnak temples in the East and the Valley of Kings, Queens and Nobles in the West.
    Transport across the Nile is very easy 24 hours a day, 7 days a week: Public Ferry (3 minutes walk away); or private motor boat (only 1 minute walk away).

Very nice warm welcome and good communication. Apartment was definitely NOT 'luxury'!!

Very nice warm welcome and good communication.........but................. Apartment was definitely NOT 'luxury'!! We went in January so it was cold at night. When we arrived around midnight, the apartment was FREEZING, and there was one small electric heater for the whole 3 bed apartment which we were told should not be left on during the night. No heaters in the bitterly cold bathrooms - tried to have a bath after water heater was left on all night: water ran out very quickly, so sat in 2 inches of luke warm water washing hair with cold water. There was only half a roll of toilet paper between three people, the duvets were very poor quality, the kitchen was dirty (under the sink disgusting), balcony door couldn't be locked - security risk. Moved out after one night and checked into hotel.
