The staff are welcoming and very helpful, offering sunset Felucca rides, and transportation if needed. The meals here are amazing. The best breakfast I have had anywhere in my travels by far. There is no internet available in the rooms, which was very annoying. The only positive thing l can say about this hotel, is that our room had a Nile view. Staff there could hardly speak English. "

"We had a fantastic stay at the Steigenberger. Our room was beautiful—very clean, well-equipped, and the bed was very comfortable. We also had a great balcony with comfortable seating and an awesome view of the Nile, which made it even better. The restaurants were excellent, especially the Thai restaurant—it was a standout for us. The breakfast buffet was also really good with tons of variety, so there was something for everyone. The pool area was clean and well maintained, and overall the whole property felt very well looked after. The staff were all very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Honestly, we don’t have anything negative to say—would definitely stay here again."

"The location is great, just two minutes from the Luxor temple. Unfortunately, the room I got was dirty, below the bed was so much dust that I couldn't breathe properly. The soap dispenser are broken. My room was next to café/ bar where people talk until 3 AM, very noise, I had a hard time sleeping. The staff was ok."
