The manager was super friendly and helpful. She made and left out cake in the afternoon for guests. Made breakfast early for us as we had a long drive ahead of us. Beautiful property, room and location.

Lovely hotel, right in the centre with lots of lovely bars and restaurants right on the doorstep. Having said that, the rooms were quiet and very comfortable. Also having said that there re three restaurants in the hotel which are all very good. Special mention to, I think, Max (?) on reception who was a real sweetie. All the staff were very friendly, jokey and chatty.

Located in central Luxembourg, this 5* hotel was the perfect luxury base for a weekend visit. From the outside the hotel looks dated, but after checking in, you can enjoy newly refurbished facilities. The rooms were very large and had plush furnishings. The only down side at the hotel was that the spa/pool/gym facilities have not been brought up to scratch, they did feel dated and did not match the rest of the hotels facilities. Really easy to get to from the train station, and a short walk from all the sights

Location is excellent. It is near a tram station from the airport, within walking distance to the old city and restaurants/bars/ cafes. Rooms and communal area are very clean and buffet breakfast has enough choices. There is no conditioner in the bathroom but apart from that, it is an excellent hotel for the money!

We loved our stay at this small hotel, the ambiance was lovely. Our room was large and spacious (a suite). Bed very comfortable. Perfect location between the walls and main square. The staff were very friendly and professional. Their gelato was delicious.

This is a clean and comfortable hotel in very attractive garden surroundings with welcoming restaurants and good food. The staff are experienced, kind and helpful. In November, the place was warm, quiet and well organised. There are two choices and two restaurants: the cheaper Auberge and the more expensive Hotel. Really enjoyed my stay, the apartment had everything I needed. Was very clean and comfortable and nice touches with the chocolates. Only negative was I could hear the neighbours in particular rooms quite loudly but this didn’t disturb my night.
