We understand that air conditioning in europe isnt standard or common- clearly this hotel that has been recently renovated in an extremely high end manner. Some sort of summertime comfort (AC) would have been nice to incorporate. Our unit was facing the street which is extremely loud. It made for difficult sleeping. Finding their very expensive parking lot was stressful and a boarderline nightmare. If youre not driving into Luxemburg from elsewhere (we were coming from Germany l) there's absolutely no reason to have a car for the city. Trains in Luxemburg are free! The room was very generous, clean and well equipped. Just take note that due to the proximity to the airport you will hear the planes - sometimes very loudly. I got a call before I arrived explaining everything and the self check in was very easy (I would recommend filling out everything beforehand online though, I imagine it could be a bit annoying typing everything on the screen there). Reception were extremely helpful and even complimented us with an early check in upon arrival. Apartment clean with fully equipped kitchen. We did not find the apartments hot at night as stated in previous reviews. Apartment was road facing and all road noise was blocked out by the triple glazing. Eateries and transport links all within a few minutes walk. Bus from airport (number 29) stopped a few minutes walk from the apartment. Supermarket: monoprix around the corner. Exki was fab for breakfast and cheesy pizza restaurant made excellent pizzas. Highly recommend this ApartHotel.
