"All I can say is WOW, what a beautiful hotel with character and charm. The location was fantastic with multiple dining locations nearby including the hotel's restaurants. The staff was one of the best we ever encountered in any country. They were all beyond friendly and helpful. If I could rate higher than 5bstars I would."

"The hotel is located in a residential area, with block of other hotel a bit outside the city, though a free bus allows you to go in come back easily. The hotel was really busy the days I went, so the lobby was crowded, as the restaurants and other facilities, including the parking, and I am not talking about the elevator (but, not too long waiting). The surrounding is fine for nature, but that's it. You need to get out to find anything else. Room was OK, bit crowded. Staff tried their best, but with such busy come error and mistake, luckily resolved quick. I do recommend overall, but be aware that it is quite isolated."
