The perfect place to relax and unwind- the staff are excellent and special mention to Becky and Millie on reception- food superb and location is idyllic with views over rolling shire’s countryside. The luxury rooms are beautiful and worth paying the extra for.

We were given a good welcome. Although evening meals are not served, there were some good restaurants nearby ( food was delicious at Chiakos). Room was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was perfectly adequate. Staff were friendly and helpful even though one had been on duty for many hours with only a few hours sleep! Highly recommended.

The room was clean. The staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was good, loved that it was a buffet. Enjoyed the swimming pool and the jacuzzi. Area is nice and secluded, has an element of peace and quiet.

travelling a lot means you invariably experience a wide variety of hotels. I have always preferred small hotels and Jasmine House takes some beating. Great service and a brilliant room added up to an extremely comfortable short stay. Sadly, couldn't stay for breakfast but I intend returning soon. Highly recommended.

Martha was a lovely, attentive host. Hedley Villa Guest House is spotlessly clean. Breakfast was made to order and delicious. Free parking available directly outside. We had a lovely stay.

Was in Leicester for my daughter’s graduation, the bed was very comfortable, my wife snored happily all night. The breakfast was great, it set us up for the day. If I need to stay in Leicester again, I’ll be staying here.

An absolutely lovely stay. When we arrived, we were greeted warmly by Allanah and she was kind and attentive. She showed us around, before escorting us to our room and answering our questions. Our room was beautifully decorated, warm and cosy. The bathtub was deep and sumptuous, the toiletries provided were fresh and felt lovely and the home baked cookies in the room were a nice (and tasty) touch. We had booked a table at Smoke for dinner, and when the reservation rolled around it was pouring...

This is the most comfortable hotel I've stayed in for business or pleasure- the beds were perfect, as were the duvet thickness and pillow softness, both of which I've often found to be a problem at hotels. They got in touch with me in advance to check if I had any requests for high or low floor, duvet or pillow preferences, I asked for soft pillows if possible and they provided ones that were perfect, and the ideal number of them. Great staff very helpful throughout all the way from checking in to leaving the hotel they were very kind regardless of our requests. Room was also very clean and had all that we needed whilst being spacious. Would also highly recommend the breakfast which was very delicious!

I book The Poplars same time every year to attend an event locally. It’s always comfortable, clean and well priced. Above all you couldn’t ask for more helpful and friendly staff.

It was mine and a friend's first night out as new mum's, requested a nice shower. We got a nice shower and more, the room was lovely, huge TV, comfy beds and great air con. Free drink upon check in and the breakfast was great. Lovely seating area and lots of choice for food. Had a lovely time.
