Bad/Dusche im Untergeschoss hat muffig gestunken, Schimmel.... der Gestank war im ganzen UG und Schlafzimmer, sodass das UG kaum nutzbar war. Trotz Frühlingshaften Temperature war es zu kalt in der Wohnung, eine mobile Stromheizung musste permanent laufen. Darum musst auf der Veranda über dem Wohnzimmer geschlafen werden...
