Parco 2 is an elegant, finely furnished apartment in the heart of Lugano, a stone\'s throw from the center and from the comforts of the city.



In the business district, inside a newly built and high standing condominium, this apartment has excellent exposure and enjoys a particular light that warms the environment and makes it even more comfortable. Ideal for your holiday and business stays, it has a large living room with a sofa where you can relax after a day of visiting the city\'s attractions or congresses and fairs: the Lugano Exhibition Center is just a few minutes away!

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. The two double bedrooms are cozy and with wardrobe closet, and in the master bedroom there is a bathroom with tub for long moments of relaxation! A bathroom with shower completes the apartment.



Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

Free Wi-Fi available. 

Smoking is strictly prohibited. 

Any commercial activity within the apartment is prohibited.

The Park is just a 10-minute walk from the centre, in an area well served by bars and restaurants. The post office is a 5-minute walk away, the Migros grocery store is 7 minutes away. Parco Ciani and its villa are a 5-minute walk away and you can reach the Lido di Lugano with indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pools, lake beach, tennis courts in 7 minutes on foot.



How to arrive:

If you arrive by car, from the A2 motorway take the \"Lugano Nord\" exit and follow the GPS signs: in 10/15 minutes you will arrive at the apartment. 

If you arrive by train, from the Lugano station take bus n. 2 (direction Castagnola) for 4 stops (about 8 minutes) and get off at the stop \"Lugano, Palazzo Congressi\". Walk for about 5 minutes to reach the building.

Clean and comfortable executive apartment

Property was great. Plenty of room, garage parking was great. Property manager has their own reservation and management system which made it difficult to confirm everything was reserved and paid properly until just before the trip. Also, communications to the property manager during the stay to inform them of missing garage remote and broken garage key system went unanswered (attempted to contact via direct email as well as VRBO messaging). No check out instructions were given, other than make sure you arer checked out by 10a or face additional fee. Overall, I would recommend staying here but also suggest the managers improve responsiveness to make this a 5 star stay.
