Our small holiday complex consists of 3 houses, each of which comprises two half-houses on a 3,000 m² fenced-in shared property. They are located in the front row with a view of the Achterwasser and each features a furnished terrace with its own hot tub. In addition, a small playground and a barrel sauna are available for shared use. The units were modernised in 2021 and offer up to 6 guests 85 m² of non-smoking living space. The upper floor features the living area with a cosy sofa nook and a view of the Achterwasser. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms with double beds and two single beds, as well as the kitchen area with a built-in kitchen including a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a high chair. The bathroom features a wellness shower and a toilet. From the kitchen, you can access the terrace, which is equipped with patio furniture and a hot tub.

- The parking area (one space per house) has been expanded based on guest feedback to make loading and unloading easier.
- Hot tub available from May through at least the end of October. (May be available longer, depending on weather conditions.)
- Sauna (fee: 6 x 1-euro coins per hour)
- Free Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi is designed for normal internet use. Please avoid excessive video streaming or downloading large files to ensure fair use of bandwidth for all guests.
- Fly screens on every window on the lower floor.

1. Pet Fees: We charge a pet stay fee of €10.00 per day, which is included in the booking selection (Pets).
A pet cleaning fee of €39.00 per stay must be paid additionally. (Payment via bank transfer or PayPal)

2. Optional add-on: You can book a linens set for €19.00 per person per stay. (Bedding and towels: 1 large, 1 small) Request via email and pay via bank transfer or PayPal.

* All equipment provided on the communal property, such as the trampoline, swing, sandpit, badminton set + net, sauna (for a fee), communal seating areas, and beach chairs, may be used by all guests at their own risk. Parents are also responsible for their children. *

** Pets are allowed here. Pet owners are required to ensure their pets do not disturb or endanger other guests. Dogs must be kept on a leash outside the holiday home. Guests are required to clean up any waste left by their pets on our property. Pets are not allowed to use the hot tub. If you are travelling with a pet, please bring your own sleeping arrangements for your pet; we do not provide them. **
