The Hotel is a lovely 5 star. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant and also the breakfast. There is parking and a lift up to reception.

Great location for getting around the Blue Mountains. Comfy room and nice clean sheets. Good stocked bar and great generous portions from the kitchen . Down side the chair in the bedroom was disgusting, the fridge in the room was inside a cupboard which meant it was kicking out tons of hot air and freezing anything in the fridge. The air-conditioning did not appear to be working properly

Lovely apartment with an upgrade , very new and clean with great cooking cleaning facilities. Rooftop bar food was friendly with a nice atmosphere, a lot of birthdays but they accommodated us easily and events were not intrusive in rooms

New, clean and comfortable. Check-in was a breeze. Appreciate their email reassuring me of a ground floor unit as per my request. Very convenient access from carpark to room & the gated compond conveyed a sense of security. Would stay there again for my next visit.

Stayed here for New year and it was lovely. Fanstatic helpful staff and dining options were great with the west hq across the hotel. Was slightly out of the city centre but wasnt a problem. We just travelled by train in to sydeny harbout. All in all great hotel and experience. Recommend if you want soemthing outsode of the ciry area that includes entertainment including bowling, gaming and restaurants.

Great space as always with Meriton and a lovely pool. The check-in process is a bit long winded having to fill out your details again - despite booking online. However this is only a minor issue, definitely our number one choice of accommodation
