The villa was clean and well appointed. There was comfortable space for four adults though the lounge became somewhat cramped when the fifth adult arrived. There was a sense of safety and security at all times, which was welcome. Everything worked! Though rather removed from the beach there was easy access nonetheless. Other amenities were a short drive away. The corner deli, Scotchies for jerk delights and the petrol station. The highway and Ocho Rios proper were also easily accessible.

This hotel is must go!!! if you are looking to have a wonderful time in Jamaica at an All Inclusive Hotel. When first arriving you are greeted very well and given drinks, but if you don’t drink no problem. The hotel lets you feel as though you dont have to lift a finger to take your bags or do anything, but relax from here on, which is reassuring for the amount that you pay. Check-in process wasn’t too long but if you don’t get there early you will wait a bit in the line. After check-in has been completed, if your room is not ready, they have shower rooms ready in case you’re sweaty from your travel or just need to refresh. A wrist band is provided to enjoy the resort amenities while they get your room ready. The only issue I had was not receiving the correct room, and the AC was not working on the given room, but that was resolved while touring the property, the AC aspect at least. The room situation was resolved within 24hrs and they call you personally to make sure that all needs were met. Overall I would come back to this if hotel, no questions asked for a longer stay than 6 days and I would recommend this for anyone.

Excellent Resort, especially all the excellence club amenities

We enjoyed our stay in genereal.Food was good and the staff were nice overall, but relative to other places we have visited, the services provided and experience can be better overall Daily entertainment was a good touch
