I had a wonderful experience! The place is very clean, staff nice and helpful. Breakfast and coffee outside in a shaded greenery backyard. All though Lucca in Villa Lucrezia is right outside the wall, you our walking distance to all the shops and restaurants inside the wall. I would stay her again!

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Location of the hotel was fantastic. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious. This will be my go-to -place next time I visit.

It was fine. Website said they provide bikes, they did not. Breakfast is minimal at best, poor choices and not replenished - no hot food. No elevator if on higher floor. Location excellent.

The location of this property (with parking) is great! Quick walking access to one of the gates into the walled city. Parking is within the enclosed courtyard and very secure. Our room was nice size, quiet and clean - just be prepared to carry your suitcase(s) up 1 or more sets of stairs! The staff is not on site at night, but that was not a problem. Their breakfast is very nice - great pastries!

The staff at Villa Lucrezia are wonderful. They were fantastic with our 1 year old daughter who we had with us for 3 days in extreme heat. The villa is lovely and cool and the air con was a big help. Nice and clean with a nice garden and outdoor space and nice touches like leaving cake and fruit and water out for guests to go and help themselves throughout the day. Highly recommended!!!!

From the check in to with Elizabeth to check out was a great experience! The hotel has private parking ( included) the breakfast from 8 to 10 am was amazing!! Comfy beds and quiet! The town? Incredible beautiful.
