"We stayed 6 nights with a family of four and it was a very comfortable stay. The apartment is bright and clean with lots of space for all of us. Check in was really easy, we received lots of information ahead of time and the owner, Marina, is incredibly supportive and responsive. The apartment is steps away from all the sights of Oviedo (Cathedral, museums, restaurants, shopping). Hope to be back soon!"

The parking is very close and secure, and the apartment is located on Calle Gascona with a number of lovely Siderias and wonderful restaurants. The Cathedral and museums are all within a 10 min walk. We will look to stay there on our next trip to Oviedo."

Lo peor en la cocina; la cafetera echaba tropezones color marrón, el menaje sucio, y las tazas de desayuno con restos de comida gelatinosos. La campana extractora con pelusas grasientas colgando, y armarios sucios. El escurreplatos con manchas negras. Las toallas y sábanas de repuesto tiradas de cualquier forma en los armarios. "por favor, ahorrense su dinero. no se queden en este apartamento. las fotos no son la realidad. llegamos y estuvimos 30 minutos fuera d la puerta intentando abrir la puerta, el código no era el correcto. al lograr entrar al apartamento estabamos a 5 grados y no nos explicaron cómo prender la calefacción, yendo a dormir en el frío causando que mi esposa se resfriara. los baños estaban sucios llenos de pelo y hongos, los cuartos estaban llenos de polvo y frío insoportable durante toda la estadia....

First things to point out (these didn't bother us at all) - It is situated on a hugely busy roundabout, but has great double glazing which effectively muffles the noise - but if you are REALLY super sensitive to noise maybe this isn't for you. The apartment was huge. Easily sleeps two couples.. Massive bed in one room. Very large sofa bed in the large dining room. Well equipped totally separate kitchen and decent bathroom, excellent shower....
