Poniente beach is 15 minutes walking distance. The property has been recently fully renovated. Pets are allowed. The property consists of a living-dining room, independent kitchen, bathroom, pantry and two bedrooms. The main bedroom with a double bed and the second room with a single nested bed. The apartment is located in a building without a lift, on the fourth floor At your disposal in a complete apartment We are two brothers in charge of management and will be available throughout the stay. It is a quiet neighbourhood adjacent to the centre. There is a supermarket very close to the apartment and there are quite a few restaurants and cider houses For travel within the city, one can use public bus, taxi, car/electric motorcycle rental, electric scooter, Smoking is not permitted in the accommodation, pets are allowed, parties are prohibited, exceptional Covid measures (existing at the time of booking) and the community coexistence regulations are mandatory. There was a parking lot close for $5 EU a day. There are many cafes walking distance. The beach was also walking distance. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable. There is 4 flights of stairs so you'll get a daily workout. We got to the apartment early and the host was kind enough to allow us in early.
