"I appreciate the welcoming staff and the atmosphere of the public spaces. Rooms can seem a bit worn but are comfortable. I love the extra in-room minibar spaces! Ask for an inside room if you’d rather not listen to the garbage truck outside your window."

"Staff never answer the phone it’s ridiculous because what if there was an emergency or something kids running through the hallways all night very loud and loud music coming from other rooms it was horrible room 212 had bus in there definitely wasn’t worth my time or the amount they ask for per room been waiting over 3 weeks for my deposit back for the room deposit just everything was horrible staff for the front desk always hiding in the back never at the desk!"

"We booked here b/c my daughter's flight was canceled at midnight after sitting in the airport all day and night. They advertised that there was an airport shuttle. WRONG! She had to take an Uber. Shuttle driver was sick. Exhausted and very annoyed, she gets to hotel and goes to her room, opens the door, only to see a man standing in his underwear. The room already had an occupant. She was embarrassed and horrified (21 years old). Front desk gave her a new room. Room was fine and seemed clean enough; however, there was some kind of crud on the wall lamp right where she was supposed to turn it on, so she went without that light. Still no driver the next morning. Had to Uber back to the airport. Very disappointed a Wyndham was so poorly run."
