"Upon entering the hotel, the staff was friendly and courteous. It smelled like they had just got done cleaning the place. I stayed in an all-girls 4-bed dorm on the 4th floor. The room met the description. Overall, it was in good shape. Maybe a little chipped paint on the ceiling but I am not in Chicago to stare at the walls and ceiling all day.
