The entrance leads to a covered patio with an outdoor table, ideal for dining.

From this area, you can access the terrace and pool directly via a staircase, or enter the villa directly.

The entryway opens onto a beautiful, bright living area featuring a double living room with air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen.

The entire space is modern, spacious, and tastefully decorated, with a cosy indoor dining area.

The large floor-to-ceiling windows are fitted with screens, allowing you to enjoy the natural breeze without any annoyances.

🛏️ ON LEVEL 2 (AIR-CONDITIONED BEDROOMS)

Accessible via a staircase from the living room, the master suite features a king-size bed, a small desk, a private terrace, and a large walk-in closet. Its bathroom includes a double sink, a shower, a bathtub, and a toilet.
It has direct access to the terrace.

The adjacent second bedroom features a queen-size bed with an unobstructed view of the lagoon, as well as a private bathroom with a shower, toilet, and single sink.

Another internal staircase leads from the living room to the third bedroom, which is furnished with two queen-size beds (160 cm). It has a chest of drawers and an en-suite bathroom that opens onto the bedroom, featuring a walk-in shower and a toilet. It also has direct access to the terrace.

The main terrace, on the same level as the living room, features a pool of approximately 20 m², a shaded outdoor table, lounge chairs, and a low outdoor seating area.

The view of the lagoon is largely unobstructed, with very pleasant natural ventilation.

There is a small outbuilding at the rear of the property, for the owner’s use, with no direct view into the interior spaces or outdoor terraces reserved for guests.
