"I visit Essen annually and this is my 7th stay at the Atlantic as it is supposed to be the best hotel in Essen, well Essen needs to do better. Hotel décor is tired and need of a major uplift. The pillows were excruciating uncomfortable - like sleeping on two air filled rocks. The TV in room is a first generation flatscreen that is small and I am pretty sure the range of channels reduced from my last stay (for a business hotel, some English options please). Positives continue to be location...
