"It was the little things that make a stay so much nicer: a power point next to each side of the bed, opening windows, a quilt that was not overly warm at night on the lowest aircon setting. The interconnecting room was great for our teen children. Shops and metro station a short walk away. Bed was firm but not uncomfortably so."

They were very helpful when I had to check out and check back in as my husband was in hospital and I didn’t know from day to day if he would be discharged. One of the highlights was the convenience of the location. It’s close to everything we needed, with shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby, and easy access to local attractions. The on-site facilities, including the pool and fitness centre, were also a great bonus. The adjoining restaurant was excellent with great food, relaxed atmosphere, and friendly service. Overall, Mercure Rouse Hill offers great value, comfort, and a stress-free stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area."
