My wife and I had a wonderful experience staying in this place. Everything exceeded our expectations, except the hairdryer was not working. It's close to a train rail so the evening could be a bit noisy but it didn't bother us too much. Overall it was a pleasant and comfortable stay. Will definitely book again next time I visit Louisville.

Great location, rough connection

We really thought the place was beautiful and simple, and it was very clean! We enjoyed the location as it is so close to many local eateries and fun little shops. It was walkable and enjoyable. We were on a rest trip, so we were hoping to use the TV with internet, but the WI-FI connection didn’t work well. When we tried to reach the hosts, we never heard back from them through the app, except for automatic info about check-in and checkout. If there had been major issues (plumbing, electric, etc.), we would have had a huge problem. Other than the lack of comms and the WI-FI trouble, this is a real diamond in a great location!

Great location, enjoyed the nearby eateries and peaceful nights. No issues with the roomy and cute apartment. Would definitely stay here again when visiting.

My husband and I enjoyed the location of the property. It was in the middle of everything. There were so many walkable restaurants and stores which made it convenient. I would definitely book this property again and again!

Contacted manager about internet and TV issues. Never responded with a solution or offered help to correct the issue. Kitchen had one fork for two people to use. No coffee filters for coffee pot.

When I arrived at the property one of the windows was busted out. I immediately contacted the host and explained as a female traveling alone this was a safety concern for me. The host did respond quickly and say that he was unaware but would work on getting it fixed. It was never fixed during my stay and I never heard back from the host until I was asked to leave a rating at check out.

The place itself was very cute but unfortunately the other issues made the stay less than ideal. We booked this place shortly after I had surgery as a nice relaxing get away.First, you have to share the wifi with the neighboring restaurant which leads to spotty service and the tv continually buffering/disconnecting. Of course it rained the first night so we couldn't watch anything.Second, we got ice cream to have for dessert and when I checked the drawers, there was ZERO spoons. In fact the ONLY silverware in the entire unit were 3 butter knives. The comforter was filthy with white stains in multiple places. There were zero hand towels, in the kitchen AND in the bathroom. The bed was by far and away the noisy bed I've ever encountered.I very rarely leave bad reviews, I've spent many years in customer service but I fel this was necessary.Mostly because I reached out to the host multiple times and received no response. Just the automatic check out message in which he explained to me how the rating system works, comical.

Louisville VRBO

VRBO itself was clean, cute, as described. Just needs someone to give it a good once over before new guests. Comforter was disgusting with stains everywhere. Owner said comforter and sheets are washed offsite and swapped out. Current one should have never been put back on. No dishwasher detergent to wash dishes so did by hand, but no towels to dry. Ceiling fan in bedroom didn't work, blow dryer didn't work, wifi sketchy. Minor things that just added up.
