A circa 1935 newly-remodeled family home in the heart of the Highlands has a luxurious new kitchen, 4 levels of roomy comfort, and is convenient for all your Derby 3-day weekend activities. Living areas include a spacious living room with a large screen TV if you choose to watch the Derby inside, a combination beautiful dining room (which seats 6-8) and kitchen (with 3 bar stools for extra seating) with another TV, and a screened-in porch for more entertaining space.
