"The hotel room was very nice; the room was modern and updated. The bed was comfortable. The room was sizeable, and the bathroom was newly remodeled. The hallways were really run-down and looked pretty bad, but the room itself was very good and very clean. The room itself felt secure; the lock was good, and the neighborhood was EXTREMELY safe. Very convenient hotel, right next to the thruway. There is no elevator. So you have to carry your suitcase to the second floor. The hotel does not offer to carry your luggage for you, so be advised: if you have any mobility issues, this hotel has limited assistance for that, or you have to request in your reservation to be on the first floor. The hotel staff was agreeable. I'd stay there again. I recommend the hotel."

"I have already spoken with the host. Everything was great except a sewer smell. The bed was very comfortable which is saying a lot because I usually don't sleep well anywhere! The hosts believed they had the smell resolved and they are working on it ASAP. They offered us a free night which was very kind and generous, so we will be back. The hosts, Shane and Tracy were supper helpful and supportive throughout the whole process."
