This stop was just a quick overnight stop along Route 66. The hotel and room were clean and updated. Used laundry, which was very convenient. Breakfast was typical hotel fare, but good.

Very clean and new property. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Pool and jacuzzi were clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend and will stay again.

The hotel is brand new! We were the first ones to check in on the day it opened (6/30/26) so everything was pristine. I’m sure the lack of hot water to all the rooms has been corrected.

Nice, new hotel but repeated requests for daily cleaning/towels were mostly unmet. The room was serviced only once during our 6 day stay. We paid over $2200 and had to retrieve towels ourselves.

They clean the room every day and change the towels daily as well. The breakfast is good. There are a few options for someone who doesn’t eat pork like me, but overall, it was good. The best part is the lady who works there. I arrived around 10 a.m., and she was very patient and kind with me and my family. She even came and asked if we had taken everything we needed before she picked up the food. Great service! My only suggestion is that the housekeeping staff could speak a little more quietly in the hallways. They were talking quite loudly, and it could be disturbing for guests. Overall… great place!!!

I had a confirmed reservation for 2 rooms through Expedia. I called ahead telling the hotel that we were going to be a late arrival. They indicated our rooms would be available, no problem. Upon arrival, I was told I only had one room reserved. I showed the person my Expedia confirmation for 2 rooms. An exchange pursued with your reception person treating me like a feeble-minded idiot and telling me I had to pay again for the second room that I already had a confirmed by reservatio. Rude, smug, entitled, would be my description of your employee I dealt with. NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED. NOT HAPPY. NOT RETURNING.

This is a brand new facility, so it was very clean and presentable. Breakfast was nice, with a nice variety and plenty of sitting area. My only disappointment is the pool was not available. I think you should offer a lower rate if such a big amenity like that is not available. We didn't use the gym but took a look at it, it was very nice.
