  • Located in Los Llanos de Aridane, this spacious 60 m² apartment can accommodate up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with 2 single beds. You will find a living room and a fully equipped private kitchen with microwave, oven, induction hob, coffee maker, sandwich maker, toaster and kettle. Amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls and a TV.



    You can enjoy a well-equipped private covered terrace. The apartment offers easy access to the beach, avenues and nearby services.



    There is street parking and public transport is easily accessible.



    One pet is allowed, but events are not permitted on the property, nor noise or music after 10:00 p.m. Smoking is not allowed, neither inside the house nor on the terrace.



    The beach, supermarkets and pharmacies are just 1 minute away on foot. There are restaurants very close by and the apartment is next to an avenue ideal for walking. Please note that the apartment is on the third floor and the elevator is currently under repair.
