"This is a no frills hotel that is clean with a friendly staff. Located in Roma Norte with nice coffee shops and walking distance to restaurants. We would stay there again."

"No mini-bar/fridge in room; no hair dryer. Coffee service in room daily stocked, a plus, as well as bottled water provided daily. Piece of chocolate on top of a positive card left daily on bed; appreciated. TV screen took a while to understand how to make it work, in addition volume +/- had to be done manually. Food was wonderful. Room service accurate and quick. Excellent staff all around. Definitely worth the stay. "

"Spacious comfortable room. Didn’t hear any noise at night, and was able to sleep well each night. Bed was comfy and AC/fan unit functioned well. Showers had strong water pressure and hot water. However the bathroom would occasionally have a strong rotten egg odor, but this was not consistent and there was not a predictable pattern of when it would come on - I read this in many reviews, so I was not shocked to experience it. Having the kitchenette was very convenient. Common area terrace was a gorgeous place for my friend to take some remote work meetings. The location seemed to be on a quiet street, but still walking distance to many restaurants, cafes, and bars, and I felt safe even walking late at night. Appreciate the 24/7 security and the convenience of being able to message reception via app. I was surprised to see housekeeping service came with a fee, but we only stayed 6 nights so we had enough towels and just went down to reception to get toilet paper, and were able to change our own trash. Overall, was a great and comfortable stay, and would recommend. "
