We had a great room and experience except for the large cockroach that I had to kill in the bathroom. My wife could not rest at night after that.

We just got back home. Loved the free upgrade for my husband’s birthday. The pool concierge Yolanda was the best. She made sure we were well taken care of daily with our cabana ready each day.
