The hosts were communicative and helpful. The property is not as nice as it looks in photos. The house needs some internal and exterior upkeep. The fourth bedroom is a converted garage and the sink in that en suite bathroom was not well connected - the tap could be lifted off the sink and it made a loud whining sound when it was turned on. The shared bath has an enormous tub that takes up so much room that there is no way to sit on the toilet (except diagonally). The overhead lights in one bedroom didn't work, nor did the fan in that bedroom (it was a wiring problem, not a lightbulb issue). There were no hand towels or wash cloths. We asked the hosts and they said it was a housekeeping problem. They ordered us some on Amazon via next day shipping. That was nice, but we were only staying for two nights so it wasn't very helpful (plus, they still needed to be laundered before first use). Overall, it is a mediocre property.
