Master bedroom with King size bed has a French door leads to an expansive/beautiful backyard with 4-holes golf putting. Other three bedrooms also offer king beds, two that feature a desk. Spacious living room (with one sofa/futon bed, 66"x37"), kitchen and dinning/office areas. Large covered patio with outdoor dinning and gym activities. Close to plenty of restaurants and shopping malls. A quick 3-minute drive to the FWY. Great for family vacations, work, or long stays. Our home is close to parks, hiking trials, golf club, and the beach is only a 25 min ride through the canyon to Malibu. Great curb appeal with palm trees, drought resistant turf grass, stone, and stamp concrete. Inside the house it has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, together with new wood like flooring. This single story house has been recently remodeled with many new features. This house has a Spacious Living Room with recessed lights, an extra wide new patio sliding door that leads to a large covered patio (with recess lights) perfect for family entertaining, and an expansive backyard with picture perfect new turf grass and relaxing fruit trees. The listing was very accurate. All rooms were spacious and had nice king size beds. There was more than enough seating for everyone in the dining and living room area. Everything was well kept and instructions were easy to follow. We got there early, and Alex allowed us to check-in early, which was really nice since we were exhausted from the drive. The property itself was one of the cleanest and nicest properties I've rented and appeared just like the pictures if not better. This place had everything we needed and was incredibly spacious with lovely kitchen, living area, rooms, backyard, and location. The host is really what set it apart for us too! The host is incredibly kind, responsive, accommodating, helpful, quick, and was such a joy to work with! If we had any questions or issues not only would he respond quickly, but also immediately resolve.
