Unfortunately, the property manager stopped communicating with me 3 days prior to arrival and failed to provide check-in instructions, including unit number and access codes. Acting on a measure of good faith, we continued with our plans and traveled to Los Angeles. Upon arrival at LAX, we received a cancellation from the property manager and were left scrambling for new accommodations at the last minute. I would not recommend this property.
