The house is a very good size for our family of five. Our dogs enjoyed the small back yard. It was very nice. The home was very clean. We appreciated the driveway, as street parking would have been difficult to find. Everything was great, our only complaint was the air conditioning. We visited during a very warm time of the year. The only a/c was a small window unit in one of the upstairs bedrooms. It made the one bedroom very comfortable but did nothing to cool off the whole house. Ceiling fans and floor fans helped, but only if you sat directly in front of them. The house was so uncomfortable during the day that we had to go out very early and come back to a hot house in the evenings. This house needs more a/c units for the summer. We had arranged to host a business meeting with local clients in the house, but when we arrived the house had a foul order making it unpleasant to be in the first floor. Additionally we did not know that there was not central air and that the window units were loud and would prevent us from having a professional conversation. Finally the furniture was the same as in the pictures, so it was not the set up we had planned on for our meetings. We contacted the manager with our concerns and he delayed arriving at a resolution for hours - wasting our time. The location was not good and the outdoor space was very small and unpleasant. The chain lock on the front door was broken, leaving us feel unsafe. Overall it was a frustrating stay that cost us a great deal of money. I would not recomend staying here. ##### Julia C.
