A FEW THINGS ABOUT THE HOME. 1ST--THE CLEANLINESS WAS NOT THAT GREAT. WE FOUND UNDERWEAR UNDER BED AND WHAT LOOKED TO BE A PRESCRIPTION PILL UNDER THE DRESSER. I HAVE PICS IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO VIEW THEM. AND THE OVERALL CLEANLINESS OF HOME WAS POOR. NOT SURE IF YOU USE A 3RD PARTY THAT TAKES CARE OF THAT, BUT I WOULD DEFINITLEY BE LOOKING INTO IT. 2ND I THINK YOU SHOULD LET KNOW GUEST ABOUT THE PARKING SITUATION DURING THE WEEK. THE STEET SWEEPER PASSES TWICE A WEEK AND YOU CANT PARK ON EITHER OF THE SIDES. THAT IS SOMETHING YOU SHOULD BE TELLING GUESTS BECAUSE PARKING IS DIFFICULT TO FIND. BESIDES THAT IT WAS AN OK EXPERIENCE. NOTHING TERRIBLE BUT NOTHING GREAT EITHER.
Very clean property in a very quiet neighborhood! No difficulties with communication and getting into property was easy. The pool was also bigger than expected!!

Only thing that was a bit disappointing was the cleanliness of the kitchen. The ice/water machine on the fridge was not functioning and was very dirty and we experienced a cockroach in the cabinet under a coffee cup.
Otherwise - no other complaints - loved the hot tub, the space in the home and the responsiveness of the host was fantastic - especially over Christmas Eve and Day!
Really nice place clean house the back is shared thou with two residents, the host communicated very well, and you have to park down the street a little if someone take your parking in front. So just the parking and the back that is shared was the cons for me everything else was excellent
The house is cute but felt small for our party of 5. The shower has amazing water pressure. Overall quiet neighborhood. Pay attention to street parking closures for street sweeping!
I wasn’t aware that the pool and property were shared. The parking arrangement was not ideal. We were hoping to sleep in , but we had to be up by 8:00A.M to move our vehicle. Other than that, it was as an enjoyable stay.
The photos of this rental made it look amazing, but the reality was pretty underwhelming. While the space was generally clean, the interior felt incomplete and left a lot to be desired. It also wasn’t stocked with some of the basic essentials you’d normally expect from a rental at this price point, which made the stay less convenient than it should’ve been.Another important detail missing from the listing is that this property is part of a triplex. There are neighbors attached by shared walls, and they use the driveway for parking, something that definitely impacts privacy. Because of how close the neighboring units are, using the pool or hot tub felt extremely uncomfortable. The setup allows those attached neighbors to see directly into that area, which made it feel like we were being watched and ultimately kept us from using either amenity.On the positive side, the hosts were very kind and responded quickly whenever we had questions. Their communication was great, and we appreciated that. Overall, though, the stay didn’t match the expectations set by the listing photos, and we left feeling disappointed.
