Wehad to book a last minute place to stay and I’m so glad we chose the Sheraton. The entire hotel is absolutely beautiful from when you step foot into the lobby. Very modern with the appliances and interior of the rooms. The rooms were very spacious with high ceilings & great housekeeping services. We had 2 beds in our room, and they were well-sized so great if you’re sharing with someone. The hotel has a restaurant that we unfortunately didn’t have time to go to, but there’s also a built in Starbucks Cafe in the hotel that I loved. Really convenient & great if you need a bite to eat or a coffee, but don’t want to leave the property. Overall, I’d definitely recommend.

Room turnover was done daily which was appreciated. Room was more than enough space for 2 people. Lots of parking spaces available in their large underground parking. Our rooms AC was great, got all the way down to 65 which is amazing considering we were there on the last few days of the heat wave. Elevators were fast. Our shower water pressure was weak. The vanity mirror was broken prior to us checking in. The washroom light made an annoying buzz constantly when it was turned on. We wished there was more lighting in the room, it was pretty dim.

We booked this stay as we were in town for work, and it was super convenient. Close to shopping, food, freeway, and super friendly and helpful staff. our room was amazingly clean and the bed was so comfortable. We have another work trip planned in December and have already rebooked to stay. Thanks for making us feel at home!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would happily return. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and made me feel right at home. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The lounge was a great place to unwind, and I really appreciated the complimentary bottled water—a thoughtful touch that made the stay even more enjoyable. Parking was also plentiful and convenient, which made coming and going hassle-free. Overall, the combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and convenient amenities made for a fantastic experience. I highly recommend this hotel!

The property was clean and well-maintained at first glance when we first checked in. The staff was friendly. However, our room had a mattress with either broken or worn-out box springs. It felt like we were sitting in a hammock. We requested to switch rooms but the new room had a similar issue - the box springs on one side of the bed was broken as well. Thankfully it was a king size bed so we were able to squeeze to one end and avoid the broken side. Another issue that bothered us was the motion-sensors on the light switches. They had flashing green lights and the lights really annoyed us while we were trying to sleep. The bathrooms were clean, but when the light was turned on, there was a high frequency noise that seemed to be coming from the lights beside the mirror. It sounded like those sounds buildings play outdoors so people won’t loiter outside so you can imagine how annoying that was. I ended up putting make up on outside the bathroom because of that. The hotel was alright, but it was in a good location and walkable to and from shops and restaurants. However, due to the issues I’ve mentioned, I probably won’t book here again as we had pretty bad sleep.

Second stay in this hotel. It's quite high end hotel, with Starbuck coffee and luxury shampoo body lotion are provided in room and bathroom respectively. Room is definitely clean. It would be perfect if self laundry service is installed in the hotel.

Go to hotel when staying in LA. Rooms are spacious. Very clean. Staff friendly. Multilevel garage for those driving. You do have to pay for parking though.
