Perfect communication and warm welcoming! We were stunned by the plethora of cookware and the accommodations were clean and beautiful! The owners are incredibly kind and invested in making their home special. Loved the new pool table/game room, hot tub, and new patio furniture in front. Susan is a wonderful host! She graciously allowed us an earlier check-in and later check-out time because we were only there for one night. Susan greeted us upon our arrival and gave us a full tour of the home and the property. Susan responded to my questions on the VRBO site (and thru text) within minutes. The home is on a busy street, but the house is well-insulated and we didn’t have any problems parking three cars. We enjoyed the many amenities such as the pool/air hockey table, electric darts, jacuzzi, and front porch seating. Our grandkids loved the hidden staircase that leads to the gym equipment. Susan and her husband brought in extra pillows, and gave recommendations for nearby entertainment. AC worked well and there were no problems within the home. House was great with nice bedrooms & bathrooms for everyone, great kitchen & fantastic view out the front windows! Front porch was nice during the evening, and fenced in, very green back yard was great with our son’s dog & the 2 year old. Toys and lots of beach towels were greatly appreciated as the temps were in the 80’s for our 5 day stay! Susan was great letting us in early upon arrival & giving us a tour of the house! We enjoyed going out to eat most evenings & had fun going to the Aquarium! The home is older than we expected with some door & window issues, but overall a great place for our stay watching our two sons run the half marathon together! Just a reminder, the rental is the entire lower or main level of the home & there were 2 upper level units for longer term rentals which were heard above us but was not a big issue.
