Kritzy is a responsive, friendly host, and it was lovely to meet her during checkout. When we accidentally locked ourselves out late at night, she didn’t hesitate to help us. Her husband even replaced the lock the next morning to prevent future issues. The home itself is beautiful, modern, and very cozy. The house had plenty of space for our party of 5\. The beds could be more comfortable. They are all metal frames with thin mattresses. The bedding was subpar with flat pillows. We had a few maintenance issues while there but chose to have them dealt with once we were gone.
