Almost Perfect
Most of this experience was as advertised. The place a little farther from the Metro and Hollywood Blvd than I expected, but also the uphill climb may have contributed to that. Checkin was easy peasy. Linda was extremely accommodating and responsive, granting me an early checkin and late checkout (I should preface this by saying that there was no one staying there directly before or after me). She also came in a much appreciated short time when I accidentally locked myself out. (Beware, the door lock is a little finicky and unpredictable, so always have the key on you.) It gets cold in there so the space heater was essential. Grateful for it. I also appreciated the back area, great views and really got a vibe for the Hills. I will just mention one inconvenience. It seemed like Linda was having scheduled plumbing done on the day of my checkout. So, there was no water from the moment I woke up until like an hour later. Not sure how long it was unavailable for, in total. I would’ve appreciated a heads up at least the day before so I could’ve planned around it, being that running water is something that’s crucial, especially right after waking, for several reasons lol. It kinda delayed the rest of my day ultimately. Having said that, being that this is probably not a regular occurrence, don’t let it detract you from booking what is a cozy, yet convenient stay with a very flexible and accommodating host.

Host was excellent and exceeded all expectations.. there wasn’t any ice facilities initially but host provided ice trays as soon as it was raised.. the instructions initially said to park in front of garage but when I arrived there wasn’t a free spot so host provided an immediate solution of parking on the drive to the side and there was plenty of parking space the rest of the stay. Location is great being a 5/10 min walk from the walk of fame and 10ish min drive from universal studios. Would 10/10 recommend and would be my first choice for accommodation when I return to LA!

Great spot in the Hollywood Hills
My first trip to L.A. could not have been a better experience. This spot is in an ideal location to nearby sightseeing and Linda was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend this property for a single or couples stay. Would gladly stay again next time I’m in the area! Thanks for everything!

Perfect spot for visiting the Hollywood bowl
This quaint little cozy studio is nestled in the Hollywood hills and is a short drive to the Hollywood bowl. While we could have walked, I opted to drive as we hit up the town afterwards.

Overall Great!
The location was great, the property was clean and just the right size for a brief stay. It’s very private and quiet. Felt like I wasn’t really able to get a response from property owner that often but luckily nothing was an emergency. Would stay again for sure.

Nice place!
Nice cozy place in a quiet neighborhood. Small but has everything you need. Host was helpful and communicative. I'd definitely stay here again! 10 min from dodger stadium as advertised but will take an hour or more to get there prior to a large event, plan accordingly!

Perfect getaway
This house is perfect for exploring LA . My boyfriend and I stayed here while vacationing to be closer to downtown . It is only about 5 min from the walk of fame and a perfect spot to travel anywhere. The house is perfect for two people . It is well supplied with towels and small toiletries if you forgot anything. There is a full size fridge , stove and coffee maker . I would recommend this house again
