Max Occupancy: The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation (up to an approved maximum of 10). \[$200 fee for violation\] 2\. Min Age: Renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Proof of age may be required. 3\. Quiet Hours: Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm to 7am (as per the Los Angeles Noise Ordinance). The property is monitored for excess noise during this time. \[After a first warning is given, a second noise alert will result in a fee of $300\. A third noise alert will result in a $1000 fee and termination of your stay\] 4\. No Smoking: No smoking is permitted inside the property or in the pool/spa area. \[$1000 fee for smoking in these areas\] 5\. Damage: Renter is liable for any damage to the property or its contents that they may cause. This includes the replacement cost of permanently stained sheets or towels, and a $50 fee for replacement of a lost gate remote. 11\. Excess Cleaning: Should the property be left in an unusually poor condition, an additional cleaning fee of up to $500 (or the actual cost of cleaning services) will apply. 12\. Good Neighbor Policy: Guests shall not engage in illegal or disruptive activity, and will abide by all applicable parking restrictions and limitations. For security purposes, the primary guest may be asked to provide a government-issued ID prior to receiving check-in instructions. Security Cameras and Noise Monitors Outdoor cameras (located at the front, back and sides of the house) are for guest safety and record only video, not sound. Indoor cameras (pool area, living room and garage) are all non-functional and covered. A Minuit device inside the home monitors noise levels, temperature and motion to prevent safety issues and excess noise.
