Fun in California awaits you in our awesome vacation home! Literally steps to the beach, the location absolutely cannot be beat. Did we mention the hot tub? With room for 6, you're going to love the beach views and ocean breeze. Enjoy meals and cocktails on the front patio. Our home will be the cherry on top of your West Coast stay- the Pacific Ocean is calling your name!

- Please note that while we don't have A/C, we are so close to the ocean that you'll enjoy a lovely ocean breeze in the warmer months!

** DETAILS TO NOTE **
-The house is 100% yours just like a hotel with a professional cleaning crew that comes in right before your visit. The whole check-in/check-out process is keyless so you can drive up at any hour, press a combination on the door lock and you're in :)
- Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,500. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine the damage was willful or negligent, we will charge your sec deposit, plus any additional cost needed based on the cost of the damage done.
- License Number: BL-34626
-We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
-There is one parking space available by the laundry area next to the house. It is VERY small, SUVs will not fit, small vehicles only. There is also a public parking lot in front of the house by the beach.
-There are stairs to get to the balcony and its a two story house that is not wheelchair accessible.

We enjoyed our stay on the beach. This property is truly all about the location - across from the beach, with a hottub, walking distance to a beach cafe, coffee shops, and restaurants. The home itself was basic, though clean and comfortable.

Wonderful spot for a family of four in Southern California. The location is spectacular. Property is right on the Strand (boardwalk) and has wonderful beach views. Highly recommend it!

I’ve stayed in various properties in Manhattan Beach and this one was even more amazing than the rest! The location was perfect for getting to my favorite places, taking long walks on the Strand, and lots of room for everyone. We loved the hot tub and clean and comfortable accommodations, will definitely be back! Thank you!

This house was absolutely amazing! It is way bigger than it looks in the photos and was the perfect beach house. The front porch and hot tub overlooking the beach was beautiful and the beds and couches were very comfortable. The check in and our process was seamless. I would definitely stay here again!

The location of the house is ideal! The deck with hot tub overlook the strand and ocean. The house needs updates but the beds were super comfy and we had everything we needed! You can walk to live oak park, sand dune park, and restaurants. If you want to see more rent bikes from hermosa cycle or a golf cart from E3 vehicles.

This is an older property but being right on the ocean and keeping the windows open at night was great. While it is older it was impeccably clean. Sitting in the hot tub and watching the sun set is also special.

Spent a week while going to Cowboys-Chargers game. Great location, beds very comfortable, clean. Parking can be a challenge. Some maintenance needs to be done on "fit&finish"; loose door handles, TP holders, etc. Would visit again

As advertised and great communication. Convenient location and the perfect getaway. If you have a large van you may not be able to get down the driveway as it is quite narrow. Couldn’t recommend more!

We absolutely loved our week spent in this house. You couldn’t ask for a better location and view. Perfect for families! Only hard part for us was the really small driveway. We rented a smaller car after reading reviews, but still had a a hard time using it. Definitely recommend entering straight on. Other than that the house was very clean and had everything we needed. Would absolutely recommend and would love to come back!

We had a great stay here. Waking up and laying in bed and looking out into the Pacific is quite stunning. The sea is dotted with surfers out in the early morning and all day to catch waves. The little beach concession is amazing and you can walk out and get breakfast etc. Just terrific. My only criticism is it is hard to find at first. We arrived in the night and had to call as we were walking around the neighborhood./ Overall a great stay - the hot tub was perfect.

Location was a real plus - easy for kids to get to the beach without crossing any major streets. Nice ocean breezes and having the jacuzzi was also a plus. If you rent a larger car note that parking is very hard - narrow entrance. Also laundry is outside and it is a coin system so bring quarters as they are not easy to get. Internet worked well and owner was very responsive. Accommodations are basic - fine for non luxury traveler - for us proximity to beach was the main draw.
