It was comfortable and clean and had everything I needed. The check-in process was a little complicated and could definitely use some revision, but I was able to get ahold of someone to assist me fairly easily. Also, there’s an extra required $45 fee which was not disclosed within the listing that absolutely should be. If not for a concierge who took us to the necessary floor, we would not have been able to access the unit. Water was shut off for our final day.
