Nestled in a vibrant neighborhood, our home offers a seaside getaway with the city conveniences walking distance to local businesses. Step inside and be captivated by the luminous spaces that reflect both modern harmony + the warmth of a restored historic property. Conveniently located between LA and OC. The home is completely fenced in and private. We live next door and are at work most of the time, but we are happy to meet and say "hello" depending on the guests preference. Centrally located in the heart of the city and only 1 mile from the beach, the home is conveniently located in the Belmont Heights district. This neighborhood is a historic district and is a representation of that classic California craftsman style. We are 2 blocks from 4th street which feature countless amounts of local diverse businesses, from cafes, restaurants and shopping. Conveniently located across the street is a large grocery store and Starbucks, as well as our favorite sushi and mediteranean restaurant. This creates ease when needing to pick up a little produce or other pantry items for the home. Just .5 miles away is our favorite local farmers market which will provide a magical California experience with some of the most beautiful produce produced in California. The Cozy Craftsman is equipped with a code lock which makes check in a breeze. Super convenient location we are walking distance to a major grocery store, restaurants and coffee shops. đźš´ Long Beach City provides 100's of blue bike rentals that can be found all around the city at https://www.longbeachbikeshare.com Lime scooters are located by app all around the city. Long Beach metro is located downtown and is a 1 hour ride to downtown LA Otherwise renting a car is convenient Long Beach is the perfect homebase to explore all that Southern California has to offer.
