Thirty seconds to the beach path, one minute to the canals, two minutes to coffee shops (or just enjoy it on the patio here).
This ground-floor retreat sits on a quiet pedestrian walk street in the residential heart of Venice — gated, private, and a world away from the boardwalk energy, while still being close enough to walk there in four minutes.
The Space
A beautifully designed one-bedroom with a king bed, spacious living room with pull-out sofa and 4K smart TV, fully equipped kitchen with bar seating, and a stylish bathroom. In-unit washer/dryer. Fast WiFi throughout. Every detail has been considered — this is a well-designed space, not a generic rental.
Just outside your door is a garden patio wrapped in bougainvillea — ideal for morning coffee before walking to the beach. The yard is shared with one other unit but rarely occupied at the same time. A high fence keeps it secluded from the walk street.
The Neighborhood
The walk streets feel calm and neighborly — a softer soundscape and an easy place to be outdoors, while still within reach of everything Venice has to offer. The Venice Canals are a one-minute walk — restored waterways with footbridges, beautiful homes, and genuine quiet. Washington Blvd is two minutes away with coffee shops, restaurants, yoga, and bike rentals. The boardwalk is four minutes on foot.
Getting Around
This is one of the most walkable locations in Los Angeles — which is saying something. The 22-mile beach path starts right outside the door. Bike rentals are two blocks away. Most guests don't use a car at all during their stay, and rideshare is easy from here when you do need it.
Note, there is no dedicated parking spot with this unit. Free street parking is available on Pacific St. with no time limits outside of Monday and Tuesday morning street cleaning. It fills up on peak summer days, but is generally easy to find in the evening and further south on Pacific. If you're planning to rent a car for day trips, we'd suggest picking it up locally rather than keeping it at the property — you genuinely won't need it most days.
The Bottom Line
Half a block from one of the best beaches in the world, on one of the quietest streets in Venice. The kind of place that makes you wonder why you don't just live here.
