About this property

HOUSE IN PRIME LOCATION WITH HUGE POOL & SPA

  • Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. It's located 7 mins from universal Studios, 15 mins from Hollywood, 20 mins from six flags/Magic mountains. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, has a large pool and Jacuzzi that can be heated.
    There is an additional cost to heat the pool or spa (it’s optional).
    Heating the spa is $175 for up to 3 days, $250 for up to 6 days (i6 days or more please ask privately).
    Heating the pool is $250 per day, 3 days minimum.
    There's a large pool table in the living room and a bar (see pictures, it’s great for hosting).
    All 3 bathrooms are new! Large master bedroom with exit the pool.
    Close to freeways, restaurants, markets & Starbucks.
