About this property

Elegant with spectacular view & steps to so much.

  • This apt is across the street from the beach & bay, 2nd level front unit, a full balcony with a 180 degree view of the water and beach: Boating, Kayaking, Handball, Basketball, Swimming, Skating, Paddle boarding, or a walk/bike ride along the ocean path, all just steps from the front door. The unit is professionally designed by TILE DISTRICT to provide a memorable vacation or business oasis. Many restaurants and retail shops within a 3 min. walk, and our favorite, a Gondola ride at sunset. Price includes Long Beach Occupancy tax.
    Bay Shore Ave is pleasantly open only to bikes, scooters and pedestrian use from 9-5 all summer. 1.5 Bathrooms
