It only took us 8 minutes to walk to the beach. I think we were about 15 minutes to walk down to the restaurants and market on Washington (two for one drinks from 4-8 every day at Cabo Cantina!). The location is great for going to and from LAX and SoFi Stadium. I think we were only 30 minutes to SoFi on event nights, one on Friday and one on Sunday. The neighborhood was very nice and it was a short walk to the Ocean. It was helpful to have a designated parking space too! I just wish the rental car company hadn't switched us to a Minivan as the spot is rather narrow. I had to let my wife out to get into the unit so I could park with enough room for me to get out of the car. ##### Brian S. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, cafes, etc. 2 small refrigerators, microwave, stove/oven and toaster oven make for a very workable kitchen. Quiet, beautiful neighborhood.
