The house was very comfortable and had plenty of room for our family (two adults and one child). The kitchen was nice with all new appliances that work well, and had all the essentials for a longer stay. The A/C was more than enough to keep the whole house cool. The shower was amazing. Both my wife and I found the king bed very comfortable and slept great throughout our stay. We had family over for BBQ a couple of times, and the enclosed yard is a nice space for kids to run around, or just to relax outside. My wife worked remotely throughout our stay, and the desk was a good workspace for her. The internet was fast and reliable with zero issues. The house was very quiet and noise from the neighborhood never intruded into our space. The location in Long Beach is great as well - the grocery store down the block is very convenient, and there were multiple restaurants and donut shops a short walk away. The beach really was within walking distance, although we usually drove both because our child is young and we wanted to bring more than we could carry. The neighborhood seems very safe, and we were never worried about our security either at home or while walking around the area. Samy was very responsive whenever we reached out, and was always courteous, generous, and attentive to our questions. Overall this was an excellent place for a longer stay, and will be the first place we consider next time we plan to visit the area. ##### David B.
