Welcome to your charming 3-bedroom craftsman house in the heart of Long Beach. Inspired by nostalgia of past decades, we combined classic charm with modern comfort to create the perfect retreat for families or groups of friends.
Enjoy a short drive to the beach, or a quick walk to hip eateries and vintage shops on Retro Row. Downtown, Disneyland, CSULB, Queen Mary & Long Beach Civic Center are also just a short ride away.
This private craftsman home is all one level, with a full kitchen, spacious living room, and large dining room. Kitchen includes tons of amenities such as coffee bar, garbage disposal, blender, air-fryer, baking & cookware, microwave, and stainless steel fridge with filtered water & ice maker.
Bedrooms & Sleeping Space:
The space sleeps 7 people with 3 full bedrooms and a futon sleeper sofa in the living room.
Bedroom 1: includes a King bed. Bedroom 2: includes a Queen bed. Bedroom 3: includes a Queen bed. Living Room: Futon
WFH (work from home) Areas:
Three desks are included, one in the main room and two additional in the bedrooms.
Outdoor Space:
Enjoy a side patio with outdoor seating as well as a fire pit and grill.
There is also a large fenced in front yard.
*Please note that there is a back house on the property with a long-term tenant. Her mailbox is located in the front yard and she occasionally walks past the side patio to get her mail.
Parking:
There is free street parking in front as well as on both side streets of the unit.
There is also private parking for 3 cars via the back alleyway that you are free to use (see parking instructions & rules).

AC & Fans: All bedrooms & living room have standalone AC units. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.
Desks & WFH set-up: There are 3 full desks in the unit. Two are in private bedrooms areas and one is in the living room.
Wi-fi: High-speed Wifi that allows 8+ people with multiple devices each to surf the web.
Fire pit: located on private side patio.
Grill: located on private side patio.
Kids & Family: Pack N' Play & high chair may be included. Please message us at least a week before arrival to request.
Laundry: In unit washer & dryer as well as a steamer for wrinkles.
Record Player & Guitar: Enjoy a real, working record player with dozens of real records to choose from. Guitar shown is also a working guitar and you are welcome to jam with it.
Beach Essentials: Beach chairs & towels are provided for beach trips.
TV: 45" TV with multiple streaming services available.
Coffee Bar: Keurig coffee maker with free regular and decaf pods to get you started. Tea, creamer and sugar are all provided. A Mr. Coffee drip coffee maker and pour-over french press are also available.
Glam: large, full-length mirror, cotton makeup removers, hangers and hair dryer are all provided.

Very clean and well equipped for our family group of 3 couples. Back parking area was narrow, but great to use as street parking can be hard to find. Convenient to some good small local eateries, walkable to beach.
Really enjoyed our stay! Property has safe off-street parking, behind locked gate, which could fit more than 1 car if needed. And a mandarin orange tree behind the house! Really cool decor, with tons of vinyl albums, guitar, and turntable! Beds were really comfortable, and although street in front is fairly busy, no problem with noise. Great to have washer/dryer in the house too.
Wonderful home and made for a wonderful trip. AC was great, house was clean, convenient location, a great overall stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
There was absolutely no complaints! It was very homey and my first stay ever in Long Beach! This property made my stay extremely enjoyable. The owners were attentive and extremely caring!

The host was helpful and responsive. For some reason the welcome info didn’t show on the Vrbo account till a day later. Once we had the info and photos-things became more clear on how to access the driveway, etc.
Enjoyed our stay.Very clean and retro fun.The beds were super comfortable and the Utopia pillows have been acquired for personal use... perfect pillows for reasonable price.
Tried to contact the host numerous times but got no response. I’m not even sure how to begin this rating, as I look at all the ratings for each property before I book. There was no indication that this property had any issues, so I booked our Christmas vacation in Long Beach. Accessibility to this property was complicated. The locks on both the back door and front door were very shaky at best. The lockbox to get the key for the gate was difficult… so much so that I couldn’t put the key back in when we left. I didn’t expect that we were going to be cleaning when we arrived and that’s what we did. The sheets on the bed in the middle bedroom were not changed, filthy at the bottom, urine & blood stains on the comforter. I doubt the owner of this property would like this, neither do we. I had to wash everything just to use them. Carpet in bathroom was filthy. The cockroach traps/bait and the German cockroaches in the kitchen cabinets really bugged me. The pots and pans and oven were filthy. The coffee maker had water in it from previous guests and the water had particles floating in it. All the trash cans outside were full of trash from previous guests. The dryer had sand in it and the washer smelled like mold. Dishes in the cabinets were wet as the turnaround on this home must be often. The housecleaning people were there when we left and weren’t very helpful with the lock box but really that wasn’t their job. This house has been used for one thing… to generate income.
