  • We are offering a highly upgraded top floor of a Duplex located in a prime Belmont Shore location. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities that one would expect from a 5 star rental. 4 flat screen TV's with apps. Double pane Windows for light sleepers. Forced air and heating, Sleeps 6 adults or Four Adults and 3 Children. Walk to 2nd Street, where you will find great dining and shopping at boutique shops and restaurants. Enjoy staying in with a garage top patio featuring a Gas BBQ and Table with chairs to enjoy your meals.

    1. The property is very close to the VA Hospital in Long Beach and other nearby hospitals
    2. There is a Washer and Dryer in the Garage.
