Pros- The staff was very nice and the room was in decent shape for an older hotel. Cons- You can hear everything in the room next door and upstairs, snoring, tv left on all night. If you are a light sleeper I would not recommend, I will not stay here again.

Highly recommended. The check-in receptionist was very friendly and helpful. This is a quirky, kitschy hotel from the '60s it would seem, that is very well maintained and kept up. The owners and staff obviously care deeply about providing a fun and relaxing environment for their patrons. The room was clean (with carpet!) And the grounds were quiet and safe. Again, highly recommended!

Nothing much to complain. My stay was good. I felt the carpet should be more cleaner. May be it was grey so i felt dull. Also the walls are grey so i felt withe would have been better for fresh vibes. Over all I would highly recommend. Stayed for 4 nights.

The main draw of this motel is that it is a historic property, and the rooms look somewhat futuristic, like The Jetsons TV Show. It's otherwise just your basic cheap motel though, don't expect anything fancy. It's one of the only motels I've ever stayed at that does NOT have guest laundry, so if you need to do any laundry you have to go to a laundry mat and cannot do it on site. We got a room with a king bed, and it did have one of the nicer showers and sinks I've seen at a motel. I think this is slightly overpriced due to its historic status. I might stay here again if on a tight budget and could not find other places nearby, otherwise it's more of a one-time visit novelty thing. Room was clean, standard cheap motel bedding, window a/c/heat, microwave, mini fridge, TV, hairdryer.

It felt unsafe the locks were not sturdy. The restroom was odd there weren’t any walls in there separating the toilet from the shower. The carpet smelled moist and dirty. The staff was great.

I like all the updates they have done to this property. Our room was clean and the beds comfortable. I did notice though that there was a really big crack in the wall of the bathroom and a poor paint job in there. There was some maintenance being done on the waterline for the plumbing when we arrived but that was sorted shortly after we got settled in our room.

I booked this room because I didn’t have a tub at home so I take a day for myself… all I wanted was to take a bath… soak in a tub, when I booked the room I thought all rooms had the shower over tub… since I got a “nice “ room it only had a shower… so I kindly asked the front desk to see if the would switch the rooms so I could have a tub…. They saw an opportunity to make more money and they asked for $100 more…. For a tub!!!!!!!!!! I don’t mind paying extra fees for them to accommodate my needs….. however $100 is way too much. They had a chance to accommodate and make someone’s day and make this an experience that they could enjoy and return… they didn’t…. So disappointed and will never be back here for sure.

I really enjoyed staying here! Definitely a no frills stay, but the rooms are really cutely decorated and CLEAN!!! The woman in the office, I forgot to ask her name, was so lovely. I asked to check in a little early because I had to tutor via computer at 3 and check out a little later because I again had a meeting in the morning until 11, and she allowed that easily. Perhaps this would not always be the case but I was very grateful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
