  • Step inside 144 years of California history, meticulously restored with a philosophy as old as the house itself: buy next to nothing new. Every hand-carved beam, original stained glass window, and century-old redwood was here before you — and was worth saving. What surrounds you isn't manufactured charm. It's the real thing.



    Renaissance ideals. Pioneer spirit. Luxury minded. The oldest standing home in Los Alamos (1882), restored with a buy-nothing-new philosophy. Named rooms, gram-worthy nooks, Bali swinging bed, Kissing Cove, fire pit, two BBQs, wine barrel fountains, Toto bidet, and a Boudoir de Bouge that has to be seen to be believed. Half a block from the 1880 Union Hotel. This is the real thing.
